During this meeting, we will sit with you to discuss your selling goals as well as complete a visual inspection of your home. The purpose of the visual inspection is to get a better understanding of the condition of your home and how it compares to similar homes on the market.

In order to price your home to sell, we first need to understand the market conditions in your area. By finding comparable homes ("comps") that have recently sold near you, we can get a better understanding of what the market value is for your home. Marketing plans vary, but our team uses a wide range of marketing tools to sell your home quickly!
Put your Home on the market and host showings for qualified buyers.
Once your home is publicly listed, we will coordinate a showing schedule that works best for you and decide if or when an open house will be needed. To ensure safety and security, only pre-approved buyers with a formal letter from a mortgage lender will be allowed to view your home.
Select the best offer, complete escrow, collect your net proceeds.
After selecting an offer, we will enter escrow. Once all documents have been signed and duties have been fulfilled by all parties; the buyers loan will be funded and change of ownership will be recorded with the county in which the home was sold. Congratulations, you have officially sold your home!
