Meet with a Lender to discuss financing.
The first step towards homeownership is figuring out what your purchase power is as well as what financing options are available for you. When meeting with a Lender, they will request specific financial documents to verify that you are eligible to be approved for a home loan.
Decide on a criteria and search for homes.
Once pre-approved, the next step is to search for homes that fall within your pre-approval budget. We will work closely with you to identify your desired criteria. Once we find homes on the market that fit your criteria, we will schedule showings with the sellers and take you to view the homes in person.
Submit a purchase offer when you find "The One".
When you find "The One," we will work closely with you to prepare your purchase offer. If your offer is accepted by the sellers, we will enter the contract stage and begin scheduling inspections as well as signing escrow related documents. The lending team will order the home appraisal and work on finalizing your home loan.
Close Escrow and collect the keys to your new Home.
After all documents have been signed and duties have been fulfilled by all parties; the loan will be funded and change of ownership will be recorded with the county in which the home was purchased. You are now officially a homeowner!
